About the Position:
The Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS) is a relatively small organization with a mission critical to our national defense. Our job is to process applicants for all five services into the armed forces. The job is both challenging and rewarding. For most new military service members, processing through the MEPS is the first real exposure to a military operation. For that reason, we seek customer-oriented employees with a desire to serve their country in a meaningful way.
The Fort Dix MEPS is one of a network of 65 MEPS located nationwide and in Puerto Rico. A separate Department of Defense (DoD) agency, USMEPCOM is comprised of two geographical sectors and staffed with personnel from all military services. The mission of USMEPCOM and the Fort Dix MEPS is to process individuals for enlistment or induction into the armed services, based on DoD- approved peacetime and mobilization standards.

The incumbent of this position is responsible for administering the DoD Military Personnel Testing Program at the Fort Dix Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS). Specifically, you will:
-Perform the full scope of supervisory functions (scheduling assignments, effecting minor disciplinary measures, approving leave, etc.)
-Provide oversight for the administration of testing and qualification of applicants for military service
-Conduct test inventories and ensure testing facilities meet security guidelines
-Develop testing schedules
-Develop Standard Operating Procedures
-Implement and update annual training program
