Develops, implements and evaluates a comprehensive marketing program in support of MWR programs services facilities and activities. Analyzes programs and facilities, providing On-site review of merchandising, displays, customer service and finances. Makes recommendations for program improvements. Advises Headquarters, regional and installation staff on all matters pertaining to marketing. Determines what products and services should be offered and recommends promotional strategies. Designs promotional campaigns. Evaluates advertising and publicity efforts. Assists in developing major special events, promotions and sponsorship proposals.
