In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. Experience: Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Specialized Experience GS-07: To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level (GS-05). Specialized experience is defined as: 1.) Assisting with developing and designing packaging requirements for a variety of material and items; 2.) Determining the best packaging methods and techniques for a variety of material and items; or 3.) Developing or reviewing packaging specifications or instructions.

Education Substitution for the GS-07:
