The Nurse Practitioner (NP) is assigned to Behavioral Medicine Service. The NP Will provide comprehensive Mental Health services for a panel of patients as part of the interdisciplinary team at the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System. This will include but not be limited to assessment, monitoring, and evaluating the patients plans of care and providing the required medical and psychiatric interventions as indicated. Interventions included medication management, ordering and monitoring required tests, consults and labs.
Work Schedule: Alternative and flexible work schedules available including full-time and part-time. Weekly schedules include traditional Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm as well as 4 10 hour days. Saturday clinics are also available if desired.
