Supervises employees performing routine and recurring assignments in the delivery of Information Technology (IT) customer support services. Participates in the planning and delivery of full range of IT customer support services to the organization. Identifies and resolves issues and problems. Provides information and assistance to customers including system hardware/software installations, configuration, and upgrades and troubleshooting. Applies information security and information assurance policy, principles, and practices. Performs the full range of supervisory duties. Sets priorities, prepares work schedules, and makes assignments, defines duties and responsibilities over assigned personnel.

Conditions of Employment:

7. Shift will include hours between 7:30am through 4:30pm, but is subject to change and will be based on the needs of the Activity. Occasional weekends and holidays.
