This is a developmental position. The duties described below are at the full-performance GS-11 grade level.
Exercise administrative and technical supervision over assigned staff. Administer the day to day operations in the functional areas of processing, security, database maintenance, eOPF, FPPS, job offers, HR documentation, placement, quality control and other miscellaneous programs. Review completed work or work in progress. Set performance standards, effects disciplinary measures and hear grievances and employee complaints. Appraise employee performance and recommend performance awards.
Review and ensure the Background Investigation tracker is complete and eQIP entries are accurate and timely. Run and analyze reports in a variety of functional areas. Review existing laws, regulations, procedures, statistical data, and other factors surrounding the subject or tasks under study.
This position falls under the group coverage qualification standards for Administrative and Management positions there is no Individual Occupation Requirement for this position.
