-Serves as technical advisor to the Regional Director, staff, and line officials of the Region with respect to design and construction activities performed.
-Ensures sound engineering principles and practices are incorporated in the Region programs through coordination and planning with responsible program managers.
-Administers and coordinates engineering services with responsible Program Managers through subordinate group managers and/or team leaders.
