Manages a business activity as an assistant manager. Recommends and enforces operating procedures. Represents the activity to the public. Formulates instructions and directives necessary to operate a fluid, profit generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base. Carries out work in accordance with policies, regulations, directives, and requirements. Provides information concerning services, prices, standards and information related to the activity to guests and visitors. Ensures consistency in food and service to increase sales. Book, arrange, plan, and setup catered food events. Assists with preparing food for catered events as needed, as well as oversees daily grill operations. Assist the Business Manager in the selection of employees and in training new employees. Assist the Business Manager with scheduling, maintenance, enforcing safety protocols, and seek improvements to the rifle and pistol ranges. Secures facilities and assets as required. Sells customers ammunition, targets, memberships, reloading supplies, and other various shooting supplies. Assigns customers to appropriate ranges based on the customers' needs. Completes cash reports, Daily Activity reports (DARs), payroll, and makes daily deposits. Completes various reports and files. Track the Monthly Income Statement on a weekly basis as well and produce an accurate MIS at the end of the month. Performs other duties as assigned.
