1. Assists director to plan, develop, and direct the CYS program.
2. Supervises the program through subordinates and acts as the Director in the facility Director's absence.
3. Works with the Director to track corrective action for program, facility, fire, health and safety deficiencies.
4. Is responsible for the CYS training for direct care. Evaluates and monitors staff's training, performance goals and objectives.
5. Continually monitors program quality, staff/child ratios, and staff performance to include proper scheduling and staffing.
