Requires incumbent to perform duties under the verbal and written direction of the Youth Sports and Fitness (S&F) Director, and to provide support and assistance to the Director as well as Installation Volunteer Coaches.
Must be able to provide care, oversight, and accountability for program participants in compliance with DoD, Army and local policies, guidance, and standards, as well as maintain control of and account for whereabouts and safety of children and youth.
Expected to encourage participant interest and establish a program setting that promotes positive child and youth interactions with other children, youth, and adults, and assist Director in training coaches using the National Youth Sports Coaches Association (NYSCA) training guidelines.
Required to conduct practice and game visits as required for the purpose of providing support and assistance.
Performs other duties as assigned.

5. Required to obtain a National Association of Youth Sports Clinician Certification within 60 days of employment.
