· Reviews and evaluates contractor's condition reports and recommendations for additional work and provides rationale for approval or disapproval.
· Accomplishes ship inspections of tasking items and distinguishes the interrelationship of systems and component parts of systems to determine the feasibility of combining items in to single contract specifications.
· Witnesses critical evolutions and processes during the production phase to ensure proper tolerances and/or working criterion to contract requirements.

PROGRAM COMPLETION AND CONVERSION:
Recent Graduates may be converted to a permanent position (or, in some limited circumstances, to a term position lasting 1-4 years) within 120 days of successful completion of the program.
To be eligible for conversion, Recent Grads must:
- Be a US Citizen
- Successfully completed at least 1 year of continuous service in addition to all requirements of the program.
