This position is located at the Fort Campbell Youth Sports & Fitness, it is our goal to provide a positive, safe, friendly learning environment for youth and their families so that our enthusiasm for sports and fitness is carried throughout the community. We are dedicated to meeting the needs of participants, parents and coaches. Youth Sports and Fitness offers a wide range of recreational and developmental activities for youth, grades K-12.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of facilities. Ensures facilities are properly marked/lined prior to games/practices.
· Operates various types of equipment in support of athletic field maintenance such as lawn mowers, tractors with attachments, edging and pruning tools, trimmers, rakes, and trucks.
· Assists in setting up sports events and may assist in athletic programs as needed.
· Issues/receives recreational equipment to authorized users. Maintain hand receipts and collects all inventoried items.
· Instruct children/youth on proper use of variety of equipment. Inspects supplies and equipment for damage. Ensures sufficient supplies are on hand and equipment in good condition to support the sports and fitness program.
Conditions of Employment:

2. Successful completion of a pre-employment physical is required for this position.
3. Must be able to travel to on and off post locations as required.
4. Must be able to work during the Hours of Operation: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday - Friday and 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Saturday.
