This is a Recent Graduate position in the Pathways Program. Selected individuals are placed in a dynamic one year developmental program in the excepted service designed to lead to a civil service career in the Federal government. At the successful conclusion of this program, the agency may non-competitively convert individuals to a term or permanent position in the competitive service. Conversion to a Federal competitive service position will be at the discretion of the agency and is neither guaranteed nor implied.
Our Management and Program Analysts (Pathways) provide both administrative oversight of the Quality Control (QC) component under the Quality Assurance (QA) Program, in addition to independently conducting various reviews of organizational performance measures. With supervisory oversight; the employee reviews and coordinates, with management regarding the new, or modified business processes affecting operational work flow. Gathers data, tracks discrepancies, prepares trend charts, and facilitates discussions with personnel at both financial or QA meetings. Measures performance against established bench marks, and provides bulletins/and reports to leadership on a routine basis through various forms of technological means of communication (i.e. emails, websites, SharePoint, etc.). Employee will facilitate monthly QA meetings and will prepare meeting minutes.

As a participant in the Pathways Recent Graduates Program, you will receive both formal and on-the-job training to develop the required knowledge and skill to successfully perform the duties of the position.
As a Management and Program Analyst, you will serve as an analyst or advisor on the evaluation of the effectiveness of programs and operations and the productivity and efficiency of management. You will:
Pathways Participant Agreement: All Recent Graduates are required to sign the Pathways Program Participant Agreement which outlines program requirements and non-competitive conversion eligibility.
Residency Requirement: There is a residency requirement for all applicants not currently employed by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
