The Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) mission is to create and maintain "FIRST CHOICE" MWR products and services for America's Army, essential to a ready, self-reliant force. Fort Hunter Liggett is the largest installation in the Army Reserve, with more than 165,000 acres of encroached mountains, valleys, rivers, plains, forests; providing ideal maneuver areas to meet today's training requirements. Fort Hunter Liggett's ranges, training areas, and facilities support year round joint multi component and inter agency training.
These are summer hire positions, employment will be approximately June 22, 2017 through August 02, 2017. Incumbent may continue to work past that end of the summer program if the mission requires otherwise will be separated from the position with the effective date of August 02, 2017. This position is located on Fort Hunter Liggett to aid in the busy summer season and employees will work at various activities within the installation.

Moves or uses hand truck to move various items requiring delivery or storage. Sets up and breaks down multi-functional areas. Arranges furniture, movable walls and light equipment. Collects and disposes of trash and debris, cuts grass and pulls weeds, waters grass and flower beds, spreads mulch, and rakes leaves. Washes and waxes vehicles. Sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs and waxes floors. Uses industrial household cleaners to clean, disinfect and deodorize windows, mirrors, fixtures, and facilities. Replenishes supplies. Reports facility condition to supervisor including the need for repairs. Dusts and polishes furnisher.
