Sets up bars with beverages and condiments prior to opening the bar.
Cleans equipment, glasses and utensils and the bar area on a continuing basis.
Replenishes supplies as necessary and disposes of waste materials.
Unloads and stacks supplies for storage.
Prepares simple garnishes.
Performs other duties as assigned.
