1. Operates a full service bar, mixing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
2. Records sales, makes change and prepares charge sips in accordance with operating procedures.
3. Stocks bar, keeps bar area, utensils, equipment clean and sanitary.
4. Provides work direction for other employees in bar area and uses tact to deny further sales to intoxicated individuals.
Conditions of Employment:

2. Successful completion of pre-employment physical is required.
3. Satisfactory completion of a minimum of 4 hours initial food sanitation and safety training is required within 30 days of employment and a minimum of 4 hours refresher training annually.
4. Incumbent is required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
