You will serve as the administrative technician within the Army Petroleum Lab. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and performing a variety of administrative services. You will provide administrative and secretarial support to the immediate office by carrying out and coordinating all the administrative support activities required to accomplish the work of the organization. Maintain supervisor and/or team electronic calendar, work assignments cover a wide spectrum of duties, including developing internal administrative processes and procedures. Receives incoming calls and visitors, directs them to appropriate staff. Maintain close working relationships with higher echelon staff, supervisors, team leaders, and team members to facilitate administrative actions and assure adequate responses to various administrative requirements. Perform various secretarial functions for the organization.
