Practices as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Social and Behavioral Health Service (S&BHS). The clinic provides outpatient mental health, social work and addictions treatment to patients who present with urgent/chronic psychosocial conditions, change in mental status and/or functional decline. Duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
