About the Position:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide professional and technical support for Army representation in rate interventions before regulatory authorities at the local, state, and Federal levels; perform installation utility management evaluations, energy usage records and reporting and support Army Commands and installation with the administration of resale rates to be charged to tenant installation organizations for those utilities used. The work is to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of program operations, analyze, resolve problems, and provide expertise in the acquisition and resale of utilities services. The scope of work has direct financial impact on Army installations cost of utilities and operations.
This position is being filled under the Expedited Hiring Authority (EHA for Defense Acquisition Workforce Positions in accordance with 10 USC 1705(g).

Experience required:
