This position is a Financial Management Analyst, responsible for providing financial management advice and guidance regarding financial regulations, policies and procedures. The selected candidate will manage the program budget and develop/communicate appropriate strategies to achieve competency goals related to resources.

You have successfully completed, or will complete within 9 months, a 4-year course of study (in any field) leading to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university authorized to grant baccalaureate degrees; OR
You have a combination of experience and education as described above which, when combined, is equivalent to 100% of the qualification requirement.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Creditable specialized experience includes: 1) Compiling financial data for use in operational studies and system reviews to improve financial mission performance; 2) Reviewing financial reports, documents, records, data or other materials to verify compliance, or authenticity; 3) Reviewing and implementing methods for maintaining and reporting proper data flow through an automated financial system; OR

successfully completed one full year of graduate level education directly
