Club Stewart is a beautiful facility with 7 function rooms, the Main Ballroom can accommodate up to 600 guests. This is the largest facility of its type with a 50 mile radius.

Performs a variety of routine manual tasks in a kitchen or dining area following established procedures. Sets up glasses, silverware, dishes, trays, napkins, condiments, and cold menu items such as salads, desserts, bread, and cold beverages on a serving line or tables. Removes dishes and trays from tables after meals. Washes tables and counters. Prepares food by sorting, washing, peeling, and cutting fresh fruit and vegetables. Operates, break downs, and cleans all equipment assigned to the area for food preparation. Clean kitchen equipment such as worktables, sinks and refrigerators. Separates food waste and trash from dishes, glasses, and silverware. Loads and operate dishwashers. Stores cleaned dishes, glasses and silverware. Vacuums and shampoos carpets; sweeps and mops kitchen floors. Cleans windows and washes walls. Cleans and sanitizes trash cans; disposes of trash.
Routine work assignments are completed with little supervision. They receive limited assignments of a repetitive nature. Specific instructions are provided on new or unusual assignments. Work is reviewed in progress or upon completion for compliance with instructions and established practices. Responsible to identify and report obvious hazards, malfunctioning equipment, and any other situations that may impact work operations.

Conditions of Employment

2. Satisfactory completion of pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, 2-15j.
3. Incumbent may also be required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
4. Satisfactory completion of a minimum of 4 hours initial food sanitation and safety training within 30 days of employment and a minimum of 4 hours annual refresher training.
5. Applicant must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 20 pounds. Must be able to hear the conversational voice.
6. Must have knowledge of basic food handling techniques, personal hygiene standards and safe work procedures. Must have the ability to perform routine manual tasks involving few steps, and be able to read and understand written material. Must have knowledge of basic arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals.
Working Conditions: Work is usually performed indoors in areas that have adequate light and ventilation. Exposed to hot liquids, sharp cutting blades, and hot working surfaces, and extreme temperature changes when entering walk-in refrigerators or freezing units. There is a danger of slipping on floors where food or beverages have been dropped.
Must be able to understand and follow oral instructions and do simple tasks that are easy to learn.
Must be able to communicate(verbal and written) in English.
Must be able to lifts and moves items weighing up to 20 pounds. Subject to continuous standing and walking, and frequent stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and bending.
