You would serves as a Project Engineer for the construction engineering and Quality Assurance of construction by contract of Military, civil works and other construction projects. You will be gather and compile data for proposed modifications or changes, such as changes to existing plans and specifications, additional cost or time required, conditions requiring the change, etc., and presents data to supervisor with recommendations. You will participate and contract the major portions of new buildings, earth and concrete dams, flood control levees and channels, building and relocation of roadways, excavation, renovation of existing facilities, and related construction. You will assist and advise on inspection procedures and standards in the interpretation of plans and specifications, and related complex problems such as special procedures and deviations from approved standards
