DFMWR's Business Operations Division encompasses The Landing which offers catering, special events and parties, a popular Bingo program and much more; The Landing Zone which offers a casual dining experience; Three Coffee Zone locations; Mother Rucker's Sports Bar; The Silver Wings Golf Course including the Divot's Restaurant and Grille; and the Rucker Lanes Bowling Center and Bingo Corner.
Silver Wings Golf Course- You don't have to be a golfer to appreciate the beautiful views and delicious food that Divots Restaurant & Grille has to offer. Our bar area seats up to 76 people which allows patrons to experience an impressive lunch and drink menu, while enjoying a lovely, panoramic view of the Blue Course. The Banquet Room will seat up to 120 people which is the perfect setting for reunions, weddings, conferences and small parties.
Rucker Lanes has 20 lanes with automatic scorers, a pro shop, lockers, shoe rental, snack bar and video games. Open bowling and bumper bowling for children ages 3 10 is available year round. Rucker Lanes provides services for birthday parties, unit functions and Hail and Farewells.
iPlay iWin - Electronic Bingo - We offer iPlay iWin electronic Bingo for your enjoyment in the Landing Zone and Rucker Lanes. Just ask our friendly staff at the cashier counter and they will get you started.

Major Duties:
-Accepts payment from patrons and makes change as necessary.
-Sets up food service counters and steam tables with hot and cold foods and beverages.
-Sets tables, seats guests, records guests' order and turns in order to the kitchen.
-Serves alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages.
-Prepares fruits and vegetables for cooking and serving. Portions out food, cleans and prepares meats and seafood for cooking.
-Makes a variety of fruit and vegetable salads. Prepares sandwiches and box lunches.
-Washes dishes, pots and pans. Empties trash and cleans and sanitizes containers. Cleans floors, walls and windows in kitchen, dining and storage areas.
-Unloads trucks bringing contents to appropriate storage/use areas.

Conditions of Employment:
1. Meet all qualification/eligibility requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:
-A working knowledge of sanitation standards and procedures to prevent contamination.
-Must know basic food handling techniques, personal hygiene standards and safe work procedures.
-Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory.
-Ability to operate a cash register, run a snack bar and drive a food cart.
Physical Qualifications:
-Be able to lift and move items weighing up to 40 pounds. Requires constantly standing, stooping, bending, walking and reaching.
Best Qualified Criteria:
-Experience as a waiter, bartender, or cashier in a restaurant, lounge, bar, golf course or bowling facility.
