- Cleans rooms, corridors, stairways, and common areas.
- Sweeps, mops, vacuums, scrubs, strips and polishes using brooms, mops, and lightweight equipment
- Dusts waxes and polishes furniture and fixtures.
- Empties trash.
- Clean restrooms and facilities locker room, and sauna

Conditions of Employment:

7. Must be available to work days, evenings and weekends.
-Must have the ability to follow instructions and read signs.
-Must have a basic knowledge of common cleaning solvents, cleaning tools, and equipment.
-Must be able to remove different kinds of stains from a wide variety of surfaces.
-Must be able to troubleshoot, make adjustments, and perform minor repair and maintenance of equipment.
The Area of Consideration for this vacancy announcement is local commuting ares (within 50 miles of Fort Rucker. (Military Spouse Preference (MSP) and Involuntarily Separated Military Preference (ISMP) Preference eligible candidates are included in the area of consideration.)
Payment of Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs is not authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government interest.
