This is a term position with a 12 month tour in Iraq that may be extended up to 4 years. Attorneys do not have return rights as this is an excepted service positions and the position is being advertised as term, not permanent. Attorneys overseas are limited term positions and are not eligible to register in PPP. This position is not eligible for return rights; however return travel is authorized.
