Supervisors are also responsible for working with agency ethics officials to help resolve conflicts of interests and enforce government ethics laws and regulations, including those requiring certain employees to file financial disclosure reports. In addition, supervisors are responsible, when requested, for assisting agency ethics officials in evaluating potential conflicts of interest and identifying positions subject to financial disclosure requirements.

Such experience is typically gained in the IT field or through the performance of work where the primary concern is IT.
Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, GS-14, in the Federal Service.
Specialized Experience is defined as:
1. Experience supervising teams to develop and/or implement enterprise-wide data management, business intelligence and advanced analytics project(s) or program (s) with organization-wide stakeholders.
2. Experience developing and supervising high-performing data teams that deliver cloud-based data management and analytics services to customers.
3. Experience leading discussions with agency leadership and other stakeholders to define data strategy and explain complex data approaches in non-technical plain-language.
