The Chief of IIMD is responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction, and operational guidance for USCIS’ handling and management of identity and records information for an ecosystem of over 100 million records and over 50,000 users through 14 systems. The Chief provides leadership to over 132 staff; manages and executes a $180M budget; and manages a 700-contractor staff located at 130 Support Centers (ASCs) that processes over 12,000 fingerprints/photographs a day.
