The screen out element for this position is: A WG-09 is expected to: 1) operate a crawler tractor, excavator, or motor grader to excavate, backfill, grade, or level earth to rough specifications; 2) move earth on steep slopes, graded curves and shoulders, rocky or low lying soft/wet ground, hilly forests, and other surfaces with similar features; 3) on flat or rolling terrain, operates crawler tractor or motor grader in grading surfaces, compacting soils, and/or spreading surfacing materials; 4) operate equipment close to buildings, towers, trees, drop-offs, waterlines, etc.; 5) perform operator/preventative maintenance all equipment.
