The Office of Development Policy's (ODP) Impact Management, Monitoring, and Leaning (IMML) division monitors, analyzes and manages development impact data from of all its investments to ensure projects are on track to meet their development outcomes as set during origination. The division plays a critical role in identifying lessons learned on that can be used to inform and strengthen the impact performance of existing and new projects.

As an Impact Management, Monitoring, and Leaning Intern with ODP, you will: support the development of impact thesis and theories of change for different sectors and initiatives that DFC operates in, help analyze annual development outcome surveys completed by clients, identify insights and trends based on the data you review, develop materials that help communicate DFC's impact results, assist the IMML team with impact-related tasks as they emerge.
