Background or Security Investigation: This is a Special Sensitive position which requires a background investigation. The individual selected for this position is required to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance with SCI access security determination to occupy a Special Sensitive position within the agency as a condition of employment.
Drug Testing: Incumbent(s) of this position are covered by the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program. DA Form 5019-R (Condition of Employment for Certain Positions Identified as Critical under the Drug Abuse Testing Program) must be signed. Incumbent must pass urinalysis testing as required prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.

Education Requirement:
An earned Master's Degree in an appropriate field is required from an accredited institution of higher education or international equivalent. An earned Doctorate or equivalent terminal or professional degree in an appropriate discipline is preferred.
