Provides senior technical skills and knowledge in Wintel Operating Systems, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), enterprise-wide Microsoft software or services such as SQL Server, System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), and IIS, and cloud computing services such as Software As A Services (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
Troubleshoots and solves production problems with currently deployed Enterprise wide server applications, especially relating to the Windows server operating systems, Active Directory, ADFS, System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), Exchange, and IIS using all available tools, including contacting vendors and support personnel.
Provides state-of-the-art knowledge in the development, testing, configuration and implementation of Server-based enterprise-wide technologies and/or Software as a Service.
Provides and support continuous auditing events by external agencies like GAO, OIG for the products such as but not limited to Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft ADFS, Microsoft ADCS and Identity Management products
Registration with the Selective Service.

To Qualify at the CG-13 grade level, you must have at least one year of experience equivalent to at least the grade GS/CG-12 in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience identifying, developing and advising on technologies, e.g. Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365 architecture and service stacks such as Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Azure Information Protection and other applications/services available on Azure/Office 365 platform and experience improving the management of current and/or emerging technologies for an organization's products, programs and initiatives.
