In addition to the basic requirements of this position, applicants must possess 52 weeks of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal Service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector 1) conducting monitoring and/or analysis of a specific company or country for compliance with trade or labor standards OR 2) developing evidence and strategies for the establishment of non-compliance with trade or labor standards by a company or country.
