The GS-14 salary range starts at $90,621 (base pay without locality) per year.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
Specialized experience is one year of experience equivalent to the GS-13 in the Federal service. Specialized experience is contracting or related work that provided the specific knowledge, skills & abilities to perform the duties of this position. This experience must include developing, preparing, and presenting terms and conditions in bids or proposals related to the award of contracts; negotiating and awarding contracts, modifications, and/or subcontracts; performing contract administration, cost and price analysis, procurement management reviews, and contract clearance; and developing position on claims and protests related to contracts.
