The CPM/CO formulates and establishes internal policies and procedures for contracting actions, interagency agreements, and associated operational requirements, and makes strategic recommendations to agency leadership to ensure organizational excellence and effective management of contracts and interagency agreements. The CPM/CO reports to the Director of Finance and Operations and supervises the Udall Foundation Contracting Officer's Representative.
