This position is located in the Office of Human Resources (OHR), Office of the Deputy Chairman for Management and Budget, National Endowment for the Arts. In this position, you will:
-Serve as Human Resources Employee Development Officer for the agency.
-Perform HR generalist duties and provides support in carrying out the functions of the OHR.
-Manage an agency's training budget and the contractual process for a training program;
-Review reports to analyze employee and payroll information;
-Develop in-house cross-training and apprenticeship/mentoring programs to improve staff skills and agency productivity.
