WHAT DOES A MANAGEMENT/PROGRAM ANALYST (GRAPHIC DESIGNER) DO? As a management/program analyst (Graphic Designer), you will be responsible for managing and developing all aspects of our communications products and services. You will design and develop graphics and website wireframes to support organization's communication program goals. In this position you will serve as a technical authority to create and support graphics delivery for the National Taxpayer Advocate’s Annual Report to Congress (ARC), Objectives Report to Congress, other program reports and to support UX design and graphics development for TAS internal and external websites.
WHAT IS THE TAXPAYER ADVOCATE SERVICE (TAS) DIVISION? The Taxpayer Advocate Service is an independent organization within the IRS. The TAS mission is to assist taxpayers in resolving their problems with the IRS (Case Advocacy), and to identify and propose administrative and legislative solutions to mitigate those problems (Systemic Advocacy).
As an MANAGEMENT/PRORAM ANALYST (GRAPHIC DESIGNER) you will:

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
GS-14 LEVEL: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience leading major project assignments that required a wide range of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques, both qualitative and quantitative, enough to accomplish complex projects or studies broad in scope and magnitude. Experience with a wide range of laws, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to the segment(s) of the Service's program affected by the assigned project or study; Experience performing project management duties to effectively coordinate and integrate project objectives and recommendations with key line and/or staff functions of the Service; Experience communicating both orally and in writing.
- The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector or Volunteer Service. One year of experience refers to full-timework; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
