In order to be considered for this position, you must complete all required steps in the process. In addition to the application and application questionnaire, this position requires an online assessment. The online assessment measures critical general competencies required to perform the job. The assessment includes a cut score based on the minimum level of required proficiency in these critical general competencies. You must meet or exceed the cut score to be considered. You will not be considered for the position if you score below the cut score or fail to complete the assessment.
Applicants will enter a multi-hurdle process involving the following steps:

The grouping assignment is a measure of the degree to which your background matches the competencies required for this position.
2. Applicants placed in the Highly Qualified grouping will have their resume and previous work portfolio reviewed in detail to confirm the experience claimed in their application.
3. Confirmed applicants will be invited to a structured interview. (The expectation is that the structured interview will take place within approximately 10 days of notification, in person or online.)
4. The applicants who complete the structured interview will be assigned to one of the three categories: Qualified, Well Qualified, or Best Qualified.
