Applicants must be a graduate of a law school accredited by the American Bar Association; and an active member in good standing of the bar of a state, territory of the United States, the District of Columbia or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
Applicant must have experience in providing legal counsel concerning the full range of laws, regulations, policies, and practice applicable to employment law, fiscal law, and administrative law or applicant must have experience as a practicing attorney working on issues involving criminal law and procedure
Applicant must have demonstrated superior writing, editing, and oral communication skills.
