This position is located in the Trial Counsel Assistance Program (TCAP) office that is responsible for providing a full spectrum of advice, assistance, support, and resources to Navy Trial Counsel (prosecutors) worldwide and serves as subject matter experts in advising the Chief of Staff, Region Legal Service Offices on all military justice matters concerning Region Legal Service Offices worldwide. This position is located in the Washington Navy Yard, DC. The incumbent will serve as a Special Victim Crimes Attorney for TCAP and will serve as an Attorney-Advisor who can provide the Director and subordinate attorneys mature advice and direction based on years of prosecution and legal experience.
Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school.
