This vacancy announcement is for two positions with the Behavioral Health Service of the VA Eastern Kansas Health Care System. In this role, you will function as a Peer Specialist assigned to the Outpatient Mental Health Clinic and/or Mental Health Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program (MHRRTP) of the Mental Health & Behavioral Sciences Service. The Incumbent serves as a recovery agent by providing and advocating for effective recovery services that will aid the veteran in daily living.
