As the Chief, you will:
Serve as the Alternative Management Representative for the BEP Quality Management System (QMS) and lead BEP’s product quality assurance and improvement programs;
Represent BEP as the “Voice of the Customer” to ensure design and manufacturing processes / methodology conform to customer requirements;
Formulate and maintain quality standard objectives that are complementary to BEP policies and goals. Lead BEP teams in the resolution of material and production issues that have an impact on product quality and performance, whether identified internally or received from external complaints of customer(s) or stake holders;
Plan, direct, and coordinate BEP activities associated with the development and implementation of quality assurance programs and practices as they relate to processes and procedures attendant to the production of currency, and other security documents.
The experience may have been gained in either the public or private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
