The Resident Country Director (RCD) position resides in the Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America (EAPLA) division of MCC's Department of Compact Operations and reports to the Deputy Vice President for EAPLA. The RCD for Sri Lanka will be physically based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. As an official U.S. Government employee (USG), the RCD will be part of the USG country team and will collaborate closely with the U.S. Embassy in Colombo.
