You will serve as the Chief of Planning and Policy, the leader of the Planning and Policy Community of Practice for the Southwestern Division and the Director of the national Planning Center of Expertise for the Water Management and Reallocation studies. 1) Advising senior leaders and subordinates on policy and processes for Civil Works planning studies; AND 2) Directing and coordinating Civil Works planning studies such as navigation, flood risk management, and/or ecosystem restoration; AND 3) Resolving project execution problems related to scheduling, budget and funding requirements.
