The salary range of $27,000 - $30,000 is based off of an 40 hour work week. This position is Regular Part Time (20-39 hours) and eligible to participate in the NAF Employee Benefits Plans.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
1. Plans, coordinates, and conducts activities for program participants based on observed needs of individual children/youth and in cooperation with other CYS staff.
2. Works in ratio with children and youth.
3. Interacts with children and youth using approved child guidance and youth development techniques.
4. Models appropriate behaviors and techniques for working with children and youth.
5. Ensures the use of technology is fully integrated into all activities and events in the facility to include each of the Army's School-Age and Youth Four Core Service Areas; incorporating baseline programming and implementation of Boys and Girls Clubs of 6. America and 4-H Materials for children and youth Kindergarten/1st - 12th Grade.
Conditions of Employment:
1. A one-year probationary period may be required.
2. Meet all qualification/eligibility requirements.
3. A completed and signed copy DA Form 3433 is required prior to entrance on duty.
4. Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-VERIFY) check.
5. Appointment is subject to completion of a favorable background checks/investigation to determine suitability for this position.
6. Satisfactory completion of a pre-employment physical.
7.Satisfactory Performance, successful completion of training requirements, and demonstrated on the job competency are required.
8. Position requires working with computers, peripherals, software and common hand and electrical tools.
9. Must be able to work during the hours of operation. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include split shifts between (5:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.).
