· Verify data from all branches such as, trouble reports to determine workload, work completed, and pending backlog.
· Track cost expenditures to make recommendations for changes in budget allocations to minimize variances.
· Verify monthly commercial telephone services invoices for discrepancies and coordinates required corrections.
· Prepare monthly billing data for official subscriber service by command and class of service to transmit to budget division for costing.
· Maintain a master file for providing financial data, cost distribution data, budget data and work measurement data.
REQUIREMENTS:
