The Office of the Commissioner for Patents is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Patent Organization; including policy, patent quality, international patent cooperation, resources and planning, and budget administration. The work of the Chief Advisor to the Commissioner for Patents involves assessing the effectiveness of Patent programs and associated administrative processes as well as the overall efficiency of operations within the Patent Organization. The Chief Advisor will provide management advisory services in order to assist the Commissioner in executing ongoing and new initiatives designed to impact advancement of the Patent Organization's overall objectives and strategic goals.
