This position is located in the Office of the Executive Director (OED), Human Capital Management Office (HCMO). The incumbent is responsible for the development, implementation, and operation of the Disability Employment program. As the Program Manager, responsibilities include improving hiring opportunities, advancement and retention of people with disabilities through planning, developing, training and management advisory services, and reports to the Director, ER/LR and Performance Management.

The incumbent's duties will be as follows:
