The All of Us Research Program, part of the NIH Office of the Director, seeks to hire a Supervisory Health Communications Specialist in its Division of Communications and Marketing. The selected candidate will support and oversee the program's public health campaigns; marketing and retention tactics; and language strategy, in service to the All of Us mission: to accelerate health research and medical breakthroughs, enabling individualized prevention, treatment, and care for all.

Serves as the team lead for the Participant Communications Team, including setting the tone and vision for the team; establishing performance plans for team members; approving leave requests; distributing assignments to team members; and balancing workloads.
Oversees all direct-to-participant communications planning efforts. Works with the user experience team members and technical partners to optimize a participant's digital experience. Evaluates the impact of health campaigns and makes data-driven decisions to enhance the participant experience for diverse audiences. Audiences include women; specific subpopulations representing racial or ethnic groups; sex, gender, or sexual orientation minorities; individuals with physical or mental disabilities; individuals with barriers to access care; individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds including those of low economic status or educational attainment; and those from geographically isolated environments.
Leads efforts to manage the review and development of recruitment and retention materials for a consortium. Establishes workflows, troubleshoots issues and concerns, and ensures that processes are streamlined and efficient for internal and external stakeholders.
Supports the program's broader language strategy efforts, including managing Spanish language translation for all participant-facing materials.
Serves as an editor for the All of Us Research Program's national newsletter.
Supports strategic planning and project management activities, including helping identify objectives and tasks needed to complete projects, establishing timelines, and tracking and reporting on progress.
