At the start of this assignment, the Director will lead the MCC country team to commence program mobilization and lead implementation of the threshold program.
MCC uses a pay banded system to compensate employees. This position is pay band MC-2D which is generally equal to SES/SL pay only.

The Resident Threshold Director (RTD) leads and represents MCC in the oversight of a threshold program in a partner country by fulfilling the following responsibilities:
