This position is within the IT Business Management (IBM) Division under the Chief Information Officer (CIO) Directorate located in Glynco, Georgia.
As a Program Analyst you will provide expertise in support of Information Technology (IT) Acquisition and IT Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC). Areas of responsibility include policy development; policy interpretation; program planning; program budgeting; program development; program education; program execution; program integration; program communication; and program performance. Typical work assignments include:
Assessing and reporting on component compliance with the provisions of the Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act.
Preparing and reporting on the component’s short-and long-range enterprise IT budgets in accordance with Office of Management & Budget (OMB) and DHS guidance.
Supporting the component IT CPIC program, assessing and reporting on program/investment health for the Federal IT Dashboard.

You must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level gathering information, identifying and analyzing issues, and developing recommendations to resolve substantive problems of effectiveness and efficiency of work operations in support of an organization.

Re-employed annuitants’ annual salaries will be reduced by the amount of their retirement annuity and by further cost of living increases.
